Currently we only provide a free migration service to our Web Hosting packages. We may look to extend this to other products in the future. If you are moving to one of our other products, we can provide guidance on doing so.
Our seamless website migration service is the process of moving your website from any cPanel hosting provider to your account here with us. Our engineers will backup, transfer, restore, test and optimise your website so it runs perfectly on our servers piror to handing the account over.
We cannot give an exact time for completion as it can depend on many factors, however we will keep you updated throughout. We will try our best to preform the migration at a scheduled time agreed between yourself and the engineer assigned to your request.
You will need to provide us with a Full cPanel Backup of your account, uploaded via FTP to our service. We can then restore this for you onto our platform.
No, there should be no downtime at all. The content will be present on both the old and new server to completely avoid disruption while your DNS updates.
Yes, we will make side-by-side comparisions working through a tried and tested checklist to ensure that everything is correctly configured on the new server.
