Yes. There are no limits to storage space or bandwidth transfer on our Unlimited plan. Our unlimited web hosting package is designed for business or personal use. The plan is not suitable for storing private files, backups or file sharing.

We backup all data across our network daily. Backups are retained on a 14-day rotation and can be restored right within cPanel using JetBackup. Our support team are happy to assist you if you have any questions regarding the restore process; or if you require assistance in restoring your data. While we do take backups ourselves; we highly recommend that you create offsite backups using the tools within cPanel.

We offer a free .uk or .co.uk domain registration for 1 year (or transfer for the remaining period of the domain) for new customers when you sign up to our Unlimited plan on annual billing. To claim your free domain, just add it to the same order as your annual hosting package and it will be discounted at the checkout.
