Reliable service, great support

Have been with them for a few years now. They have raised prices quite a bit but their support team is excellent, support tickets were only needed a few occasions and every time issues were sorted very quickly.

Top notch support team

The support team are really on the ball. I submitted an issue ticket and the response time was excellent. Very prompt and the issue was fixed first time. Can't fault the pricing and the customer support - top tier!

Reliable hosting

Reliable hosting, excellent and fast technical support, have been with them for years. A big thanks to Tommy from tech support from helping me move a wordpress site across to a new domain.

Great Service but a 200% price hike!?

I am a big fan of zFast's hosting services. They've always been consistently reliable and very much of a "set and forget" service which is exactly what I am looking for. They keep me informed about any changes to the services (i.e. - PHP upgrades, etc.) and are quick to respond to support tickets.

My recent issues are, however, that they have become very expensive. In just 2 years they have increased prices by 200%, and whilst I understand that the cost of business has increased, it certainly hasn't increased this much.

I'm disappointed by the commercial decisions made by their executive team and unfortunately, will no longer be a customer of theirs (after 10 years) due to their continued price increases.

Yet again ZFast came to our rescue when…

Yet again ZFast came to our rescue when one of our online shops was infiltrated by a malicious scammer which fortunately we pre-empted. Andy helped us no end with some really useful suggestions such as installing Cloudflare. ZFast always goes the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We have had a number of Hosts in the past but ZFast is our "forever" service provider. David Sales, Company Secretary.

Outstanding!

Moving to a new host is always a difficult decision, but I have no regrets moving to Zfast what so ever. I try not to use support if I can help it, but when I do have to it’s incredibly fast from Zfast! They understand ticket and help resolve your problem as quickly as possible in a friendly manner, and without making you feel stupid! During this difficult time of lockdown that’s pretty impressive! Thanks guys!

Amazing responses and great product.

Not been with them long, but as a reseller we do tend to interact with a provider more often than most. Response times on queries and problems are fantastic compared to our previous provider.
And the staff are not only proficient, but polite and effective too.

SSL Problem

I had an issue with SSL certifications, I'm usually ok with that stuff but i couldn't get it to authenticate. After a while of trying with no success i contacted the support team for advice. Nick was fast replying and after trying a few things he found a slight issue with the SSL and panel that he fixed instantly and promptly. I would highly recommend these guys for your hosting.

Unrivalled Expertise

Dealing with spam is never easy. When you have invested in specialist software and hardened your server to protect inboxes it is unsettling when a spammer breaks through. zFast were able to diagnose an issue that had some unusual characteristics. They spotted the underlying cause which had allowed a brief window for the spammer to evade the anti-spam defences. An experienced hosting provider can solve tricky issues that make a real difference. It’s so much better than the "talk to the hand" you would get elsewhere and why I am very grateful for the skills of the zFast Support Team.

Didn't go to plan - but no hard feelings ...

Unfortunately my VPS install went a little wrong and I quickly grew cold feet about moving my websites to ZFAST... To be fair though - I am a bit fussy and I changed my mind.

Still 5 stars - Lee's customer service was great, and zFast did not quibble over issuing me a full (and prompt) refund.

I'm sure it was just a bad weekend judging by the other reviews, and I wish this UK based webhost all the best for the future!

Super Fast Support, even at night.

I needed help getting my old files back from a service I was cancelling. They were extremely helpful and were able to get me the files I needed. I originally put in the Ticket late at night (8 pm-ish) and they had got back to me in less than half an hour and were still working to resolve my issue after a couple of back and forth messages, well past 9pm. This was really appreciated as I was expecting a reasonable response time to be the next day.

WOW! Absolutely over the moon with zFast! The customer service & technical help from pre-sale to sale was amazing!

Migrated from my previous host to zFast in a matter of minutes - Tommy was amazing and very patient throughout.

Having used a few hosts over the past 20 years I kind of know what I'm looking for in terms of stability, reliability and service.. zFast ticks all them boxes - with ease!

Still great and always helpful at…

Still great and always helpful at zFast. This web hosting company is still very much fantastic at helping people and providing a first rate service. I know I have commented before, but today I needed to contact Support, and once again two of their advisors and support team - Nick and Callum - were just outstandingly helpful.

For me that says everything about a company when people are "real people" and they go out of their way to help you. If you are looking for web hosting, then I have no hesitation in recommending zFast.

Fairly good

I've been with zFast for a while now, I host my client's sites using reseller hosting. My only gripe is that I have really limited permissions on my own reseller account. I have to create a ticket every time I want to change a client's domain which is a pain for example. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with the service.

A great find, thoroughly recommended by me!

Having fallen foul with previous hosts on a few occasions I was rather apprehensive when I needed support with a few issues - but I needn't have worried, the support with Zfast is excellent, always polite, knowledgeable and happy to help well into the night and early in the morning.
I can't recommend them highly enough and I'm glad I found them when I did.

Great support, quick and easy resolve.

I had a problem with my emails they were being blacklisted becauseI had the wrong SPF which at the time I didn't know had changed. But after first emailing the support team I received reply within 2hours and the issue was sorted shortly after.

Lee was the person who dealt with my problem, friendly and explained why I was having a problem.

Account suspended for the 2nd time in

Account suspended for the 2nd time in. It so many months, this time because they claim I was sending spam emails or malicious emails direct from my email account ?!?!?

I’m a professional and have no interest or time for that and as a result they suspended my account. Have warned if I get another I would move to another service provider, when working it’s fantastic and customer service is always good. However it’s a shame the low security and security ethic for their shared hosting systems is so low.

I hope this improves a little meaning I dont have to move. But I’m now arranging a plan b!

Amazing experience with the reseller…

Amazing experience with the reseller hosting. Very stable, fast and reliable. All my client’s are satisfied across Europe and the support is so much friendly and effective. It takes only few minutes to solve any situation and handle any problem. It’s such a good hosting provider. I recomend them strongly to everyone who needs amazing hosting!
